Working with Pete at the HOUSE Team was phenomenal to say the least! We are self employed real estate investors and just moved to Arizona from South Dakota a couple years ago. When we first moved we had to put a substantial amount down and got a high adjustable rate mortgage with intentions of refinancing after we got more established in AZ. We had been searching for someone to refinance our home for over a year and were getting discouraged and almost ready to refinance with another adjustable rate, before we called the HOUSE Team and talked with Pete. On my initial phone call Pete answered and spent some time discussing what we were looking to accomplish as well as whether he thought he could help. He actually spent the time to dissect our tax returns and understand our file inside and out so he could talk knowledgeably to the underwriters about how our business works. Not only did he get us a 30 year fixed that was .25% less than anyone else was offering we were able to do a cash-out refinance. Tremendous props to Pete and his team to actually understand an individuals complicated file and go to bat for you in getting something done. Incredible going from some lenders looking at our file and saying we lose $53 a month or that only an ARM was available. I wont mention names, but there are a-lot of lenders that just push people through quickly and take the easy ones rather than doing whats best for their client like Pete did. I cant thank him enough or give him a review that will do justice for the amount of respect i have for him and his professionalism or his sheer knowledge of lending. Being in the real estate industry i really appreciate when you find a good lender like him. For anyone out there looking to refinance or purchase a home i highly recommend giving the HOUSE team a call. And for real estate agents wanting a lender that actually knows what he's doing and wont waste your time i wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks again Pete!read more
